Apologies for the slight delay in a response. 16 Chelsea Apartment House Once again, I found both the accommodation and the service first-rate. Some work was being undertaken: the building was surrounded by scaffolding and under wraps. But I take this as a good sign. Clearly, there is a constant effort to maintain standards and quality. Moreover, I was never inconvenienced by the work. In fact, I would assume that the flat, which I was assigned, was chosen for the relative quiet and seclusion. For this, I'm very grateful.
I remain convinced that apartments2book provide an unparalleled combination of superb location and comfortable well-appointed flats. Thanks, again, for making my annual London stay so enjoyable.

Thank you very much for your arrangement with 32 Marble Arch budget Flats The place was wonderful in terms of location, service and facility. The apartments were very close to Hyde park, restaurants grocery stores and shopping areas - a 5 minute walk to Oxford street, so it offers a good location for all activities. The staff were very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to assist us. We stayed in one family room and one double room. Both of them are fully equipped and frankly looked nicer than the pictures shown on your or its website In particular, the family room is very spacious. Overall, I would say it is one of the best deals one could find in London.

Hi Martyn,

I have absolutely no complaints regarding the customer service I received from the 15 Grand Plaza Apartments and especially dealing with you and your company. All questions were answered in a timely manner. Ideally located – only a short walk to the Circle Line.

The only complaint I would have regarding our room was the fact the carpeting in the living room should be replaced as it was old and stained.

Overall, would not hesitate to use Apartments2book for any future travel.

Regarding your customer service I can only say that in our interaction you have been extremely responsive, friendly and helpful; I can only thank you so much.

Personnel from reception was very kind and also very helpful, attending our requests. The place itself I consider to be excellent value for money. The room was spacious, well equipped and -except on weekends- with daily cleaning service. My only point is that an extraction device for the kitchenette should be installed to allow a simple cooking without getting the room full of smoke. The location is simply superb.

I will not hesitate to recommend your services as well as 32 Marble Arch budget Flats to friends and family as well as to contact you next time in London. (You can check my valuation and comment on Tripadvisor)

Hi Martyn,

The service from Apartment2book was impeccable as always. The apartment I was assigned at 16 Chelsea Apartment House (803) was very nice. I think it was the one I liked best of my 3 stays there. It was a high floor as requested (so thanks for that) and to the back of the building which was great not only for the silence but also for the incredible open view.
I had one unresolved issue though with my shower. If I used this the whole bathroom went wet as it sprinkled water all around so I had to use a hand shower (not sure how you call this in English). The first 2 days I left a note to the maid asking for this to be fixed but I had no success so the third day I asked the people at the letting office and they said they would fix it but nothing happened. I returned late the next 2 days so I honestly didn't bother anymore but it was a disappointing that a simple thing like this couldn't be fixed during my 5 night stay sothis is something you might want to mention to the people.

16 Chelsea Apartment House Apartment has a good location. With High Street shops and Luxury Houses within walking distance from the apartment. Facilities are good. The only downside is the availability of FREE WiFi. Is this standard among all your rentals or is it just this property?

I found booking from home online easy. Replies were gratifyingly prompt and informative. My questions and special requests were addressed rapidly and courteously.
We contacted A2B while in London over 2 issues and, again, found the service prompt, helpful and courteous.
We liked the 16 Chelsea Apartment House - a wonderful location, between 2 tube stns, and a comfortable accommodation, mostly well run. There was some contradictory advice about accessing the wifi/broadband but that was minor. We were treated cordially and respectfully. We found the bathroom, beds, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, microwave, hair dryer, etc. clean, functional and easy to operate.
There were fans provided but no A/C- however, it was pleasantly cool in London when we were there.
I've recommended A2B to friends and will try to book again when visiting other cities.

Overall the apartment 32 Marble arch budget Flats was good value for money and we will use it again when in London. The manager and caretaker were very pleasant and helpful. The location is very convenient. The room was well equipped with the exception of no hair dryer and it needs a replacement soap dish in the shower. Most apartments and B&B's we have stayed in at a comparable price have free WiFi now.

We really enjoyed our time at 26 Luxury Bayswater Hotel Apartments. The booking process was fairly easy but the management wouldn't let our 30 year old son check in before us unless he paid for the whole apartment up front. We were only going to be an hour or so behind him as we were on a later flight but he had to wait until we got there. Very inconvenient. The apartment was lovely but for the first 3-4 days we had to ask for bedding for our son who was sleeping on the sofa bed. We also had to ask for 3 towels each day as we were only given 2. We had reserved the apartment for 3 people which is why we asked for a sofa bed but that information didn't seem to filter down to housekeeping. Apart from that, the location was fantastic, the apartment was spotless and we have already recommended it to friends heading to the UK in September.

Hello Martyn.
I am pleased to report to you that my visit to London and the 32 Marble arch budget Flats went very smoothly.
The Heathrow Express that you recommended was convenient, if expensive (34 pounds return), and the location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. One can reach almost any point in London from there with only one bus or tube transfer; and as buses and taxis were constantly up and down Gloucester Place and Baker Street, I had absolutely no problem getting around.
Mr. Hanni and the rest of the staff were gracious and accommodating, and I believe that the cost of the room I had was extremely reasonable given the size and location.
As I really liked the studio I was assigned for the first week (fronting on Blandford Street with a high ceiling, large window, and separate kitchen), i requested to be able to return to that room again for the second week, and my request was granted. There was actually more service to the room than I expected (nearly every day), so I have no complaints about that, either.
The only suggestions I would make to Mr. Hanni would be: 1) put a "door closer" on the second-floor hallway door, which slams unavoidably; and 2) put some kind of non-slip surface in the shower/tub, as it was quite slick.
As for your company's services, everything went very well, and I wouldn't hesitate using them again or recommending them to friends. I must mention, however, that there were typographical errors in two of your communications. They didn't cause me any trouble, but which you would probably wish to avoid them in the future, as such seemingly benign errors could cause confusion between your company, your clients, and your hotels.
But all in all, both Apartments2Book and the 32 Marble arch budget Flats met and even exceeded all my expectations and were an excellent value. Thanks very much

The manager of the hotel ,Hanni was most helpful and extremely friendly. We would recommend this apartment to our friends. 15 Grand Plaza Apartments It was really a great experience for us. We booked a quad executive one-bedroom in May 2012.
Hotel's location was great, so close to the tubes and bus stations, to Kensington Gardens, to markets. well anything we would need was close by. The hotel and the room was very clean, and although being in a very big building, our room had a very easy access. Overall it felt like home, and we enjoyed our trip. I would definitely choose this one or HydeParkSquare2 (the one I previously stayed in) again for the next visit.

2 Paddington Apartment Hotel Absolutely loved the room and the location was even better than Hyde Park Square. I was very impressed with the size of the room and the refurbishment however the only thing missing was a safe in the wardrobe. I would definitely recommend this apartment and your company. I had a colleague from work, Catherine Long staying for 6 nights around the time I stayed in November which was lovely to catch up with her whilst in London. The staff were more than helpful and assisted me with directions and locations. I would have no hesitation in recommending these particular apartments and your company's efficient and friendly assistance when booking and during my stay.

I wanted to let you know that my wife and I were very pleased with our apartment (#32) in 16 Chelsea Apartment Accommodation during our 5-day stay there in January 2012.
The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and we found everything we needed to overnight there and make our breakfasts. Your Letting Office helped us with information about shopping for groceries and making use of public transportation. They also arranged for the television to be re-connected so that it worked for us.
We will be recommending your website to friends who plan to visit London and are considering renting an apartment rather than going to a hotel.

My friend and I stayed for about a month in apartment 134 at 16 Chelsea Apartment Accommodation from about 17th December.. It was the second stay for me. I particularly enjoyed this apartment with its view of the street and double glazed windows which kept in the warmth and restrained the noise of the street. Most appreciated was the wireless Internet. Your staff was always helpful and the owner of this apartment was particularly accommodating in providing assistance with a plumbing problem. We enjoyed our stay at 16 Chelsea Apartment Accommodation and found staff very helpful espec one of the Porters( he was from Portugal) who went out of his way to help me with problem with sofa bed.
The appt we had was great except for the sofa bed which was broken and very difficult to pull out and put away-it took a week to fix it. The mattress on this particular sofa was awful- thin and with a type of button that made it very uncomfortable.
Other than that we loved the location and found the appt up to all our needs. Great to have kitchen and washing machine and the place was very clean,shower pressure fantastic and good security.

The 41 PRAED STREET APARTMENT was phenomenal! It was huge and suited our need very well! Really close to the Tube and situated right across the street from the Hilton Metropole where we could catch the bus for our organized tour.
Now here is the part that you can improve: We wasted an hour trying to find the place before we asked another hotel where to go. Please include a map and better instruction in future!

Indeed, I promised to send you word about my recent stay at 16 Chelsea Apartment Accommodation last September. As a reminder: I approached you on a very short notice and you managed to find me a place at said apartments (September 2-8). You strongly recommended this place as opposed to other location I wanted.
I must say your recommendation was very true. The area was very convenient, quiet and enjoyable.
When we arrived we were given a studio which I must admit was smaller than the one we had at the place near Notting Hill or at the old place at 2 Hyde Park. However, as luck would have it something was not in order and the room was changed, another studio considerable more convenient. In later day I learned from the manageress that in this place not two rooms were alike, and indeed for next time I will know what room to ask for.
Besides this and as I said, the area is quiet, convenient, good transport facilities, close to shopping street (where my wife enjoyed herself). In one, considerably better for us then the previous place (Grand Plaza? I do not remember). Thank you again for your good suggestion and effort.

14 High Street Kensington Residence was very convenient for sight seeing and we enjoyed the close proximity to High Street Kensington and it's amenities HOWEVER the actual apartment was quite tired particularly the kitchen and bathroom and we didn't really feel that we had value for money. We were quite disappointed with the apartment, it was quite an old block. We were on the top floor with 3 children and there were no safety latches on windows etc. the lift was so small that we couldn't all squeeze in and had to go up separately. The staff were friendly enough.

On the 27 London Bridge Apartments apartments we used last month, I have been meaning to write and send you a very positive and appreciative report. We enjoyed our week there enormously. The apartment was light and airy, with a delightful view towards the Thames. Although a large complex and close to a busy street, it was really quiet. The apartment was comfortably furnished, and having two bedrooms was ideal. Although a hot time of year, the windows opened in several directions and there was a tower fan. The free Wifi was much appreciated. They provide a 'phone service at a cost, but this is not necessary if you have your own mobile. Transport was not a problem, with a bus going to Russell Square via Waterloo station stopping immediately outside and running every quarter of an hour. The only thing that it might be worth telling future visitors in advance is that the cooking facilities consist exclusively of two combi microwave ovens, i.e. there are no hot rings for boiling. So, cooking depends on skilful use of the oven/microwaves, and never being tempted to try boiling an egg in a microwave! It is worth knowing this in advance of any shopping for food. Also, the local shops - a Sainsbury's Local, Costcutter, a small Tesco and a Marks & Spencer Simply Food, all within easy walking distance, are quite small and not well provided with microwavable items. There is however a farmers' market in Bermondsey Square on Saturdays, and the multiple shops of Borough Market are available from Thursday to Saturday. There is also a 'pie and eel' shop nearby in Tower Bridge Road, for whose daring enough to risk traditional East End fare! A toaster and a kettle are provided, along with enough good cutlery and crockery. Once a week cleaning was perfect, and rubbish disposal easy. All in all, these apartments can be be strongly recommended.

Thanks for you mail asking me to comment on my recent stay at one of your apartments at 4 Marble Arch Apartment Residence . The three bedroom apartment is very spacious and my family enjoyed staying there. It was good value for our money. However, nothing is 100% perfect, not even the apartment! The windows facing the road should have triple glazing to block out the constant sound of the traffic while the bathrooms though very spacious could be a little bit more elegant. The lift I must say is the slowest I have ever encountered. Some of us our flights are usually in late evenings or night. You must learn to accommodate us by charging small fee to let us stay till 6.00 pm or so. This will encourage us to make the place home away from since we travel often. By and large it was a good apartment for my family of 6. It is also in a very good location. I will return definitely but hope you would have glazed the windows and installed a faster lift by then.

We recently stayed at the 15 Grand Plaza Apartments and it was very nice. The staff were helpful. The only comment that we would make would be "it would be helpful to have directions on how to use the microwave. We did not know if it was a convection microwave or not so we were not sure if the precooked food from Marks and Spencer's in Tinfoil containers could be used in the microwave oven. Also there were not any suitable containers in the apartment that we could use in the microwave" Website was fine.

I'm more than happy to share my impressions about 16 Chelsea Apartment Accommodation I stayed in lately. Generally I found this apartment satisfying and worth the price I paid.
There were renovations going on at the time of our stay but, although it concerned us a little at the beginning, it turned out they didn't bother us at all.
The apartment was large enough and equipped adequately. We appreciated the fact that everything in it was brand new. It lacked he homey atmosphere but it was impeccably clean.
We would appreciate if someone had thought of some toiletries products in the bathroom and definitely a Kleenex box. Also, since there was everyday cleaning service, we would expect new towels at least every other day.
The TV system was quite complicated, it would be nice to have some instruction sheet... I figured it out fast ( it happens I work for television company) but I doubt if another guest, especially a foreigner, could do it as easily.
We found the staff quite helpful and friendly. Whenever we had a (small) problem - like with the safe box or the weird folding out couch -they responded quickly and efficiently.
The soda/water machine somewhere on the premises wouldn't be a bad idea.. But overall, we were happy to stay there and will recommend this place to our friends.

please note that we were very happy with the service of all the staff. They were all very courteous and hospitable. The apartment was kept as clean as any 4 star hotel. The lobby was very cosy.
Our only comment is that the rooms in the standard two bedroom apartment are a bit small. In future we would request a Superior two bedroom apartment, which is more comfortable. What we liked most about 8 Ascott Residence Mayfair Mayfair is it's great central location. We would surely come back !!

Hearing from you makes me wish we were still in London! The location of 16 Chelsea Apartment Accommodation was fabulous. The staff was always helpful. We were very happy with the staff. A couple of minor things about the flat--we were too warm at night, even for that time of year. There was no cross-ventilation in the flat, no breeze coming in the windows. For that weather, our bedspread was too heavy. Being on the first floor, we were bothered by the street sounds. Next time we would probably request a flat on a higher floor. We needed something lighter. There were no directions for operating the television. It was complicated. Even turning it on and off was a mystery. The staff came to our rescue! We had a wonderful stay. Thank you for asking us about it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. 20 Earls Court Apartment Residence My only suggestions are not meant as derogatory statements but only as suggestions as we would most definitely stay there again next time we are in London. 1. There were no salt and pepper shakers.2. The television did not pick up any Sky movie channels.3. The shower head in the master bedroom bathroom was broken/plugged/very old. I stayed at Property 12 Mayfair Townhouse Apartment recently. It was very comfortable, warm, great for getting taxis right outside the door. The cleaning staff came and went quickly and efficiently, almost unnoticed. The only drawback was opening the elevator doors straight into the apartment - a bit difficult using keys in a confined space. But overall very good, and the proximity to Shepherd Market, restaurants and coffee bars very convenient.

We made another return to 18 Maida Vale Apartments and I have to tell you that it is still one of our favorite places to stay. Excellent management and it is close to everything but far enough away to have a nice quiet neighbourhood. We will certainly return there again Your website is excellent. I used the car rental feature that you refer to and I am very pleased with them. They provided an excellent program at a reasonable price with terrific service.

We were all very pleased with the 18 Maida Vale Apartments arrangement. It was an excellent experience and we will return there for another stay soon..
